How about Packing of used/Refurbished products ? |
| A :
All our used products are packed as per international standards, palletized
and coverd by pallet stretched film. according to product requirements.

Does used product come with any warranty? |
| A :
All our used products are pre-tested before shipment and does not
include any warranty (unless otherwise specified). However, customer
or his representative has rights to test the products before shipment. |

Why, i should buy from bliss while cheaper offers available in Internet? |
| A :
We sell quality controlled, pre-tested products. We have no match
with others who offers degraded products. We keep inventory of products
in our warehouse physically. |

Terms of payment? |
| A :
We accept cash, TT in advance and confirmed/irrevocable letter of
credit, at sight provided all the bank charges are in applicant's
account.. |

Do you provide logistic services(door-to-door)to major part of Indonesia? |
| A :
Yes! We do have services by air/sea to major cities in Indonesia,
Like Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Batam, Sura Panjang, Pakan Baru etc.
on freight Prepaid or collect basis. |

Where do you get used products? |
| A :
Our major supplies are mainly from USA and Australia which is basically
off lease products and also from major corporations from Singapore.
Korean products are not our trading focus. |
